Kapos Ternero specialises in the slaughter and processing of lamb, sheep and veal, and in this capacity holds the largest sheep slaughter and processing capacity in Hungary.

Their portfolio includes fresh and frozen loose goods, skin- and vacuum-packed meats, as well as kitchen-ready products. Their facility holds certification for ritual slaughter (halal, kosher) as well as organic livestock contract processing, and several of their products have received the Outstanding Hungarian Food quality designation. They are committed advocates of promoting domestic veal and lamb consumption — partly because sheep, requiring no imported raw materials, generate value in a landscape-preserving manner on land unsuitable for grazing by other species, making their role significant from a sustainability perspective as well. And partly because these meats integrate easily into a health-conscious lifestyle and can be prepared in a wide variety of ways. Not to mention, they are simply delicious.
