Our cluster was represented by Rita Komoróczy-Kollár, managing director of Kollár Pakk Kft., at the Budapest workshop of SUCCESS SKILLS, an international project co-financed by Interreg Europe. The head of the iFood Cluster member company joined an entrepreneurs’ roundtable on 6 October 2026 to share her experience of generational change and business transfer.
SUCCESS SKILLS looks at the skills that help small and medium-sized enterprises through succession and business transfer. The project held its third interregional thematic workshop in Budapest on 6-7 October, with the first day taking place at the Nemzeti Fejlesztési Központ (National Development Centre, NFK). NFK’s International and Cluster Unit asked us to suggest entrepreneurs from among our members for the roundtable, and we recommended Rita.
The roundtable, titled “From Microenterprise to Large Company – Business Owners’ Experiences of Succession”, brought together leaders of companies of different sizes to discuss how succession works in practice, what challenges and benefits it brings, and what helps or hinders a successful handover. Kollár Pakk Kft. started out as a family business, so Rita spoke from first-hand experience.
We would like to thank Rita Komoróczy-Kollár for representing our cluster and sharing her experience.
